Ice Breaker Self Portrait
The first task for the second term is to create a 3D portrait, for this I will go and create a 3D cube with my helmet design on it. As it was a quick task, the details were not completely necessary. So I have made a layout of the cube and cut it out. I have then folded it the sides and this is how it looks so far.
However because the paper was small I was not able to cut all the sides, so I will cut the rest of the sides separately on a different paper and then glue it together. After cutting one side I then proceeded to glue it and went on to begin the painting process, here how the folded cube looks so far.
The helmet design is relatively simple as its inspired by the Pakistan flag. The colour is lighter as suppose to the darker green used in the official flag. The painting was done with thick acrylics without water, I wanted to ensure the colour and the coat remains prominent and therefore not too washed out. The final 3D portrait outcome is this:
And so my helmet design is done, completing the 3D portrait and the first task of the last term.

I like the way you've approached this task - the finished outcome is original and surprising.
